My name is Amy Lyndon, and the words I AM ENOUGH® have been part of my story for a very long time.

I originally trademarked I AM ENOUGH® in 2006, inspired by two journeys that had become deeply connected: the journey I was witnessing in my acting students and my own personal journey toward self-worth.

As an acting coach, I saw incredibly talented people work tirelessly on their craft, yet something was often missing. They could learn the technique. They could prepare. They could walk into the room ready to perform. But underneath it all, so many were struggling to truly believe in themselves.

I began to understand that self-love, self-worth and self-empowerment weren't separate from their success. They were an essential part of it.

And I understood because I had lived it myself.

For much of my life, I struggled with the feeling that I wasn't enough. I was deeply insecure about my place in the world, my appearance, my voice, nearly everything about who I was.

Growing up, I didn't feel as though I was allowed to have a voice. So as an adult, finding that voice became one of the most important journeys of my life.

Through years of therapy, reflection and personal work, something began to change.

I started getting my voice back.

And with my voice came something even greater: a growing understanding of my own worth.

That experience profoundly changed the way I taught my actors, because I knew firsthand what it meant to silence yourself, question yourself or believe that somehow you needed to become something more before you deserved to take up space.

You don't.

Your voice matters.
Your power matters.
Your story matters.
And your enoughness matters.

That is the heart of the I AM ENOUGH® Collection.

This brand isn't only about my story. It's about all of our stories.

It's for anyone who has ever questioned their worth, made themselves smaller, lost their voice, compared themselves to someone else, or wondered whether who they are is enough.
